Sample Menu
All meals are prepared using the finest fresh local ingredients for the
ultimate alfresco dining experience. Turkish cuisine is regarded as one
of the finest in the world. It is the result of a cultural heritage of
good cooking using the freshest of ingredients and sophisticated
recipes.
Breakfast consists of jams & honey, salami, Turkish sausage, olives, selection of cheeses, omelettes, tomatoes, served with delicious fresh bread and plenty of tea or coffee.
Turkish Meze is a selection of appetizers or small dishes like stuffed peppers, yoghurt, pan fried aubergine, artichokes. The ancient alluvial river valleys between the high mountains grow a remarkable range of salads, vegetables and fruit. Pulses are traditionally cooked on slow heat in extra virgin olive and they are the favourites of vegetarians.
Succulent fresh fish and other seafood is sometimes caught by the crew or the guests themselves or bought from local fishermen who come along when they have a catch to sell. For meat lovers lamb, beef or free range chicken is seasoned with fresh herbs like basil, oregano, tarragon, thyme and paprika and cooked on a barbecue to capture all the flavours.
Turkish desserts are sweet and delicious. Delicious Turkish rice pudding and baklava are always available as well as simple but tasty cakes for the less adventures.
